Language tools built to be useful first

WorldTyping is an independent browser-based workspace for typing in 23 languages and scripts without installing a keyboard or creating an account.

How the tools work

Each language uses a defined input method: phonetic conversion rules, language-specific dictionaries, standard keyboard maps, or a composition engine such as pinyin, romaji, or Hangul. The interactive text tools run in the browser. Transliteration changes the script while keeping the same sounds; it does not translate meaning.

How quality is checked

Language examples are tested against the same conversion engines used on the live pages. Automated tests cover transliteration, keyboard mappings, text persistence, counters, exports, metadata, and route generation. Key workflows are also checked in a real browser at desktop and mobile widths.

Ambiguous phonetic spellings can have more than one valid output. Where needed, the interface offers candidates or an exact on-screen keyboard instead of claiming perfect conversion.

Text and voice privacy

Typed text is processed in the browser and may be autosaved only in that browser's local storage. WorldTyping does not receive the text you type. Analytics events describe actions such as using a keyboard or copying text; they do not include the text itself.

Voice typing uses the browser's speech-recognition service. Browser and device support varies, and the browser provider may process audio under its own terms. WorldTyping does not store voice recordings.

Corrections and feedback

Language tools improve through reproducible examples. If a word converts incorrectly, a key is missing, or a browser workflow fails, send the exact language, input, expected output, and device details through the request and correction form.
